Grosvenor Services Group is delighted to announce that its debt collection team have gained CAI company accreditation status from the Credit Services Association (CSA).
The Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) is designed to assess collectors’ knowledge and compliance to the highest standards demanded by the debt collection industry. The test examines individual collector awareness of relevant regulatory guidance and legislation.
The award is given to those organisations whose collectors are able to demonstrate deep knowledge of the sector’s regulatory compliance requirements.
We are extremely proud of our team here at Grosvenor Services, and our CAI accreditation demonstrates once again the levels of knowledge, expertise and professionalism that exist within our organisation. External third party accreditation processes are at the core of our commitment to continuous improvement and a high quality customer-centric service.
