Customer Relations Advisor, Sheffield
Full Time and Part Time (FTE 37.5 hours)

We are currently recruiting for Customer Relations Advisor located in our Sheffield office based in S20.
What makes a great Customer Relations Advisor?
The role requires you to have the ability to proactively engage with both internal and external customers, with negotiation of repayment of debt, support our Field Collection agents with directions, queries and Warrant results ensuring the system is updated with the correct information required and complete administrator duties for our clients. You will carry out regulated collections and debt recovery procedures in accordance with company policy and procedures, ensuring that collections targets are met. You will comply with Data Protection and Security at all times and be committed to working towards personal targets and role specific working practices (detailed in individual PDR). The Customer Relations team has responsibility for arranging booking of Court dates and Warrant execution dates, arranging booking of external contractors to assist on Warrant execution dates and dealing with daily update files from multiple clients ensuring any cancellations are processed accordingly and data is cleansed. The role is shared between inbound and outbound call handling, which entails to be proactively engaging with customers, clients and stakeholders, alongside administration duties.
The ideal candidate will be a strong Team Player who strives to achieve targets, they will be customer focused and results focused. A confident and assertive person is key to be successful in this position. Attention to detail is vital in this position. We need professional, enthusiastic and flexible employees to be part of the team. You will be articulate, courteous, assertive, resilient and empathetic.
