Permanent, Full Time Position (FTE 37.5 hours).

Shifts Covering:               7am – 8pm Monday – Saturday (Shift Patterns)

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Field Collections Manager located in the Midlands Area.


What makes a great Regional Field Collections Manager?

The role requires you to have the ability to manage a team of mobile field agents across the Midlands. You will be required to support them in their day to day role by setting manageable goals and motivating them to get the best possible results. You will carry out internal and external audits on your team, and detailed 1to1’s to ensure personal and specific targets are met. You will be responsible for ensuring you and your team comply with Data Protection and Security at all times. You will also be accountable for assisting with recruitment, training needs, holiday booking, sickness reporting and appraisals for your area.


The Regional Field Collections Manager will have their own work load in the Field as well as managing the Regional Team. You will carry out regulated Revenue Protection, collections and warrant activity in accordance with company policy and procedures, ensuring that Revenue Protection and collections performance measures are met. Maintain accurate records on all customer contacts activity. Plan appropriate methods of contact to resolve accounts – telephone, home visit, and letters. Be fully conversant in the end to end field process to ensure we understand and support our client’s customers, provide clear advice and outline consequences of Theft and non-payment. Including signposting customers to relevant support and free advice debt agencies where suitable.


The ideal candidate will be a strong Team Player with Management experience, who strives to achieve targets, who is able to mentor people to get the best out of them. They will be customer focused and results driven. A confident and assertive person is key to be successful in this position. We need professional, enthusiastic and flexible employees to be part of the team. You will be articulate, courteous, assertive, resilient and empathetic. A Regional Field Collections Manager will treat all customers and their team fairly. Any complaints will be addressed through the company complaints procedure. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a regulated environment, be IT literate, experience in a high volume field based role and have the ability to work alone. A Regional Field Collections Manager needs to be organised, customer focused, and have strong customer service, along with a proven management style to get the best out of the area.
