We are currently recruiting for a new Team Manager to manager the Field Support Team located in our Sheffield office based in S20.

What makes a great Field Liaison Manager?

The role requires you to be able to build effective relationships with Clients and third party suppliers to support organic growth. This includes face to face level, conference calls, letters and emails. You will work as an effective member of the team and ensuring a strong team and quality ethos throughout your team. You will strive to ensure that the entire team achieves it’s service targets and objectives As part of the Management team at Grosvenor you would take part in internal and external audits and attend weekly and monthly management meetings. You would have responsibility of helping improve Employee engagement and create ‘a great place to work’ for all employees, developing a high performance team environment. It will be a major part of the role adhering to the strict SLA and KPI requirements set by our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a strong Team Player who strives to achieve targets, who has management experience in a office or administration background. The role will manager a team of 12 administrators that support our field based operations teams.
