Permanent, Full 37.5 hours Monday – Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst located in our Sheffield office based in S20.

What makes a great Business Analyst?

The role requires you to partner with existing external customers to gather business requirements and create a clear conceptual design to meet business requirements, you will have ability to proactively engage with customers and manage the overall work plan ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget. support the business transition to establish change. You will be confident in writing reports, instructions and specifications for the business to utilise.  And be able to present business solutions and recommendations to internal and external Stakeholders and Clients. As a Business Analyst you will be a confident communicator who is able to approach, work with, influence and challenge across all levels.  Part of being a Business Analyst you will be evaluating risks and predicting potential problems the business could come up against as well as understanding the business needs for a potential change or transformation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a customer service or contact centre environment with a focus on delivering service excellence, ideally with two years’ plus experience in identifying, quantifying, initiating, leading and delivering process improvement plans. It is important that you have experience of working alongside operation managers and customer facing people, managing change and delivering improvements. Project Management experience is desirable for this role, including experience in delivery of change role and case development.

Grosvenor need a professional, enthusiastic and flexible Business Analyst to join our ever growing team in Sheffield. The Business Analyst will be proactive in their work, have excellent problem solving and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team. Exceptional working knowledge of all Microsoft packages is key, with strong analysis skills and the ability to quickly grasp operational issues that can occur, with the ability to communicate technical information in a way that business users understand.
